Apartments are situated very close to main centre of Dalyan town centre. Set in beautiful secluded gardens with fantastic views of the mountains.  Our gardens are well maintained so you can enjoy your holiday in wonderful natural fauna and flora.All apartments are furnished to a very high standard with all mod cons and creature comforts.  Our friendly staff are on hand everyday to make your holiday a special one. So why not come and spend your holiday in beautiful Dalyan still unspolit by todays’ tourism.  A short bus or boat ride away is Iztuzu beach miles of sandy beach inhabited by turtles, a marine protected areas.  Our local mud baths are there to sooth away your stresses.  Our staff will be happy to help with local information should you need it.  We pride ourselves on our high standards and knowledge of what we do to make your holiday special.  

Our Apartments We have 3 types of accomodation to suit every need and budget.  We have 10 apartments in total, making for a great family atmosphere.

1 bedroom apartments – sleep upto 3 persons

2 bedroom apartments – sleep upto 5 persons

Suite apartments – sleep upto 3 persons and have the added luxury of a  jacuzzi on the balcony.All apartments have airconditioning, separate seating living area and  kitchen. All are furnished to a very  high European standard.  All apartments have wireless internet and TV and large balconies. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days.

Gardens:Our garden has a large pool with bar area where snack food is served all day with beautiful surroundings and views of mountains.  We also have a large turkish seating area (küşk) where you can sip a drink and watch the sun go down.  Guests are free to use the BBQ which is also set in the gardens.
